Note: Applications will ONLY be accepted by the school office from 3rd October 2022 to 24th October 2022 at 3pm.
You can print form and post to school along with original birth cert and proof of address, we will post back originals, or, if you have a sibling in school ask them to drop the form in.
On receiving your application form, we will post an acknowledgement of receipt of the application form to the address provided on the form.
